How it started
From A Passion for childcare to a village built for families
I have always had a passion for working with children and creating spaces where they feel happy, safe and free to explore. On 1 June 2026, I opened Monkey Puzzle East Malling, and seeing the wonderful community grow inspired me to take the next step.
My mum has always had a passion for food and bringing people together, so Kinder Village Café was born from the perfect mix of both our dreams.
We wanted to create a true home away from home for families — somewhere children can play, explore and use their imaginations, while parents and carers relax nearby with great coffee, freshly made sandwiches and colourful salad bowls.
Kinder Village Café is a place to slow down, meet new friends and enjoy special moments together. Whether you are joining us for a coffee, lunch with friends, a play session or a grand birthday celebration, we hope every visit feels warm, welcoming and full of happy memories.

Where the dream began
After signing the lease for Monkey Puzzle East Malling, I wanted to create something more for local families — a welcoming place where children could play, parents could relax and new friendships could begin.

TWO PASSIONS CAME TOGETHER
My passion for working with children and my mum’s love of food became one family vision: a home away from home with imaginative play, freshly made sandwiches and salads, and great coffee.
